Stepback Leadership

I have been a professional keynote speaker on leadership and transformation. My speech is based on either my personal account or on the archeological research I made four years ago when I immersed myself in the life and culture of the indigenous leaders in Ifugao to discover the original leadership philosophy, Stepback Leadership, as well as their management system that built and sustained the Rice Terraces of the Philippine Cordillera for more than 2,000 years now.

Lloyd has a unique ability to motivate his audience in an unorthodox and often surprising manner. He simply connects with his audience and really get them to listen and engage.
